Thank you for choosing Passion Threads Co. Each shirt we create is individually crafted. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our shirts are made just for you, based on the size, color, design, and other specifications you select during the ordering process. Once your order is placed, the production process immediately starts, creating a product that is uniquely yours. As a result, we are unable to resell or repurpose custom items, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, color, and design choices, before completing your purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items

While we are unable to accept returns for custom orders, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us at passionthreadsco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
